Fiesta Royale Hotel, Ghana’s leading four Star Hotel has organized a thanksgiving service to mark its 20th work anniversary of providing unparalleled hospitality services in Ghana. Present to celebrate this significant key milestone in the history of the hotel were representatives of Management, Staff of Fiesta Royale Hotel & Fiesta Residences -the team gathered to express their sincere gratitude to God Almighty for being the Hotel’s guide through two decades of raising the bar for hospitality business and leisure accommodation in Ghana.
In her welcome address, the seventh and second female General Manager of the Hotel, Maritza de Villiers took the opportunity to thank all former and present employees, their families, our directors, stakeholders and partners for their many years of support, commitment and dedication in witnessing the growth of the Hotel. In our journey of twenty years of existence, she recounted our highs and lows, success and failures, celebrations, and crises. She particularly referred to COVID 19, its devastating effect on our industry and how as a team, we never gave up! “It is this go-getter attitude, our faith in God, one another, and our commitment towards our customers, we have bounced back beautifully and have brought us where we are today.” She thanked all and urged the staff to continue to put in their best effort in making the Fiesta Group the most reliable, trusted, and recognized hospitality brand in Ghana.
Activities earmarked in celebrating the day included recognizing employees that have been with the organization since its inception, quizzes, lunch for team members, cutting of anniversary cake among others.
In her closing remarks, Mrs. Frances Asah-Addo Group Human Resources Manager congratulated all employees and advised that we keep up the high service standards of innovation as an improvement in quality service delivery.
