As part of activities to mark thirteen years of providing efficient and strong hospitality services in Ghana, representatives of Management and Staff of Fiesta Royale Hotel & Fiesta Residences joined together as a team at Fiesta Royale Hotel, Dzorwulu, Accra on the 5th of November, 2016 to celebrate and give thanks to the Almighty for being the Hotel’s guide through thirteen years of impressively offering exceptional hospitality services delivery in the country.
Present at the anniversary celebration, and leading the team, was the Ag. General Manager of Fiesta Royale Hotel, Mr. Samuel Kingsley Addison, General Manager of Fiesta Residences, Madam Giselle van As, Executive Managers, Group Heads, senior Managers, Heads of Department and members of staff. Both General Managers highlighted how our success depended on our Clients’ success. They expect our professional insights, hard work and commitment will continue to contribute to our client’s success and thereby building a sustainable group brand.
They both also used the opportunity to thank colleagues, the entire staff and Board of Directors who continue to work hard as one and put up their best effort in making the Fiesta product a reliable, trusted and a recognized brand.
The day was filled with many fun activities (departmental quiz, dancing competition, and charade) which afforded employees the opportunity to familiarize with other team members.
In her closing remarks and making reference to the theme for the anniversary celebration “Fiesta’s Growth, the Role of every Employee”, Mrs. Frances Asah-Addo the Group Human Resources Manager reminded employees that the growth of satisfaction is to be reflected in the increase in productivity, innovation and improvement in quality service delivery. She further expressed her gratitude to God almighty for how far He has brought the Company and believes that things can only get better as we move on.
