Fiesta Royale Hotel has hosted its clients to an end-of-year cocktail party aimed at acknowledging their immense contribution towards the success of the four-star facility as well as to get feedbacks for an enhanced service in the ensuing years.
The event which was held at the facility’s poolside brought together representatives of the Hotel’s corporate clients and stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality industries for a night worth remembering. Notable among these Clientele were Tullow Oil Ghana, Ghana Commercial Bank, Institute of Chartered Accounting Ghana, Barry Callebaut, Vivo Energy, Dolphin Telecom, Roche Pharmaceuticals, UNHCR, Eco Natural Resource and CePat.
Welcoming the Guests, Mr. Jaco Kotze, General Manager of the Hotel thanked the clients for their loyalty which has seen the facility soar over the years. He reiterated that such an event was important on the Hotel’s calendar since it accorded the Management of the Hotel an opportunity to meet face-to-face with clients to express appreciation for their patronage and also to strengthen relationships.
Mr. Kotze assured all of Management’s commitment to maintaining excellent care of guests whilst maintaining the high international standards of the Hotel. “Service quality in 2017 will be bigger with a bigger experience” he touted. Most customers shared their experience with positive feedbacks during the client feedback section and applauded the Hotel with attributes such as: Response Time Effective, Client Relationship Management, Cleanliness and safety when it comes to security.
In her remarks, Sales & Marketing Manager, Mrs. Yvonne Eyeson reaffirmed Management’s resolve to continually acknowledge clients for their loyalty. “Without our cherished clients there will be no Fiesta Royale Hotel” she said and seized the occasion to call on the public to join the Hotel to mark the festive season in a grand style with series of events.
Activities of the day included raffle draws where customers won complimentary night stay and meal vouchers, cultural display and song performances from the Royale voices (Fiesta Royale Choir)
