Training and Development presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees and further provides both the company as a whole and the individual employees with benefits that make cost and time a worthwhile investment. In pursuance of its strategic Human Resource blueprint to develop and build human capacity, Management team of Fiesta Royale Hotel was trained on a theme “Management by Strength” by a renowned International training consultant.
With great insights, exposé and deep appreciation of the training content, the Management Team was trained on the four temperament traits, understanding these traits, a practical and individual profile identification which led to a better appreciation of individual unique characteristics for better collaboration as a team; communication, Listening were just but a few awareness which were highlighted during the training.
Interpersonal skills, Teamwork, Leadership, Commitment and Enthusiasm are some unique qualities of great Hospitality Employees. The training was indeed a success; the Management team departed feeling motivated and fully informed and in line with Fiesta Royale Hotel’s mission and core business values, the team continues to pledge its total commitment in transferring these skills to further enhance service delivery to our cherished clients to maintain its status as the leading four Star Hotel in Ghana.
