At Fiesta, Management views training and development as vital to complement its efforts to create “value” and successfully deal with competitive challenges.
To this extent a 2-days’ training on Security as well as First Aid have been conducted for its staff.
Even though accidents cannot be totally ruled out from the work place, they can be effectively managed hence the need for the training. Team members were taken through Basic Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), responding to health emergencies, basic first aid interventions and universal precautions.
Needless to say, Fiesta Royale brand has been consistent in its efforts at delivering guest experience. Indeed one way the hotel has expressed this consistency is through the policies and procedures being implemented to maintain guest security. As Management, the safety and welfare of residents is top priority, thus team members were taken through programs such as prevention of crimes, security vigilance, protecting residents and staff, emergency response , monitoring and maintaining integrity just to mention a few.
These training programs were conducted by V5 Solutions trained professionals in related fields.
